  2. Keep your network stable during the purchase process.
  3. If payment was completed but PRO is not unlocked, restart the app and run Restore Purchase.
2. How do I restore my purchase?
If you already purchased PRO but reinstalled the app, changed devices, or PRO became locked again, please use the Restore Purchase feature in the app.
  1. Make sure your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
  2. Open the app and go to the PRO or settings page.
  3. Tap “Restore Purchase”.
  4. After verification, return to the magic list and check whether PRO is unlocked.
3. How do I watch tutorial videos?
Open the detail page of the magic trick in the app and tap the tutorial video button. If the video cannot play, check your network, restart the app, and update to the latest version.
  • If you are using mobile data, try switching to Wi‑Fi.
  • If loading takes too long, try again later or turn off VPN.
  • If a specific video always fails, email us and tell us which magic trick it is.
